Data controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is Palmore Elektronik ve Makine Ekipmanları Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Mecidiyeköy Mah. Eski Osmanlı Sok. No: 4-B İç Kapı No: 16 Şişli / Istanbul, Türkiye).

Data processed

Name, company, email, phone and message you submit through the contact form, plus the IP address and time of submission.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed to answer your request, prepare an offer and communicate with you, based on KVKK Article 5/2 (c), processing directly related to entering into a contract, and (f), legitimate interest.

Transfers

Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing. Product information that does not identify you may be shared with supplier and logistics partners to the extent needed to fulfil your request. It may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.

Retention

Data is kept for the periods required by law after your request is concluded, or for at most two years where no such period applies, and is then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion and object to processing. Send your requests to info@palmore.com.tr.
